CLINICAL APPROACH TO BIKE FITTING
We believe that a comprehensive musculo-skeletal assessment by a trained oesteopath is the essential first step to our Clinical Bike Fit protocol.
This can help our team determine the cause or effects of a poor position and then the corrective measures can be applied to both the bike and/or the body
This is one of the key stages that sets our protocol apart from others, as we can offer help and advice to assist with the improvement of both the cycling hardware and your own muscles and joints.
The assessment takes the form of a thorough physical assessment and may then also include analysis on the clinics' DIERS machine, depending on the requirement. The session takes from 30-60 minutes and is arranged for you by Velo Atelier at your initial consultation.
